Refund, Return, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all home cleaning products purchased from our online store. It is written in simple language and follows general principles of Pakistan consumer protection laws (including the Consumer Protection Acts applicable in various provinces).

1. Returns & Refunds (Home Cleaning Products)

Because home cleaning products are consumable and chemical-based, returns are limited for safety and hygiene reasons.

You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged, leaked, expired, or defective
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • The product has been used or partially used.
  • The seal is broken (unless the product was delivered damaged or defective).
  • The return request is made after 48 hours.
  • The product was bought on sale, clearance, or promotion, unless defective.

These conditions are in line with consumer safety and hygiene requirements under Pakistan consumer protection standards.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund: 1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 2. Share your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief explanation. 3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.

3. Refund Method & Timeline

For Online Payments (Card / Bank / Wallet)

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except when the error is on our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are not refunded in cash.
  • Once approved, refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per customer preference.
  • Customers must provide valid bank account details within 3 days of refund approval.
  • If bank details are not provided within this time, the refund may be issued as store credit

4. Exchanges

We do not offer open exchanges for cleaning products.

Replacements are only provided if: – The product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. – The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

6. Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other cities/areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, strikes, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
  • Charges may vary based on location and order size.

Delivery Issues

  • Please check your parcel at the time of delivery.
  • If the package appears damaged or leaked, inform the rider and contact us immediately.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Provide a complete and correct delivery address and contact number.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.

8. Legal Compliance (Pakistan)

This policy is designed to comply with applicable Consumer Protection Laws of Pakistan, which give consumers the right to receive goods that are safe, as described, and free from defects.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Pakistani law.
